The crazy thing is it seems antminer run well at night here??? Any ideas with that? Reset it ran fine for 4 hours last night, but then this afternoon I could not get sh! Am I missing any other points? I just want to make sure I try everything? Are you thinking the psu?
I posted to how it runs well at night. IceKohl Man if you are in Cheyenne I might take you up on that monitor!! By chance are you running any S7s yourself? Would you be up for another team viewer meeting? Same temp day vs night? Short of having really dirty power with lots of over voltage, it sounds to me like antminer power supply itself may well be the culprit. Are you sure antminer have enough power at the wall outlet? Cut a paperclip into a U and insert it into the green wire and either black wire to the side of the green wire. Tape it up for safety. The power supply will now be controlled by its switch near the rear socket. Both fans spin at rpm which generates a noise level of 61dba at 1m, which is very loud.
Each mining chip has its own glued on extruded aluminium heatsinks both front and back, while the front heatsinks are also nickel coated. These are much less sharp than the previous routed heatsinks and can be handled with care. Small inserts align hashing boards in place while end brackets are screwed onto either end to keep them in place antminer s 7 allow for fan mounting. A boxed S7 weighs 4. Plug in the ten PCI-E cables to the miner. Plug in an ethernet cable from the Antminer to your router.
Power on the power supply using its switch at the back. You can assume it is already on if you have a typical router. I talked bitmain up a reset and referred a lot of friends and now I am really worried. I was told by support when I ordered that these machines should last for years. So bummed out right now. Wishing I never decided to mine right now guess everyone was right. Hi Edward, I just sent you instructions to first try resetting the miner.
That sometimes fixes reset issue and avoids the need to ship the machine for repair. I tried resetting and loading the firmware you sent me and it is antminer the same problem. I emailed you all the screenshots you requested as well, Please help me thank you. I really hope bitmain can do right by me for this. I have been a loyal customer. I have placed several other orders with you and spread a lot of good word reset you on facebook and referred many friends.
I am so upset. I have been patient and followed every step of your repair process with my S9 which is still under warranty. I created a support ticket, troubleshooted with support, was antminer to reset shipping and ship the whole miner to California for repair, which I did.
I received an e mail saying repair or replacement of my broken hash board was complete and I would have my S9 back in full working condition in 3 days. I was very impressed by support and the warranty process at this point even though I had spent so much time on this and paid for shipping.
Received mu miner yesterday and it is in the same exact condition. Why antminer you put me through all reset work and have me pay shipping and just send back the miner to me in the exact same condition? I have been so polite.
I have followed all your repair instructions and I am still under warranty. Why are you putting me through so much grief? As you can see above I shipped my S9 to the California repair facility as it is still under warranty. I was told repair or replacement of the broken hash board was complete.
Look at the screen antminer of my miner, still reset, the same, actually reset as now the Chip1 temps are missing as well. It was obvious the 1 broken hash board was the issue yet you made me pay and ship the whole reset to you instead of simply sending me a replacement hash board. And antminer after I pay shipping and send it in for repair as instructed you reassured me it was fixed. Why did you just send me back the miner with the same broken hash board? Yeah bro I want to but I need to know they will honor the day warranty first.
I would have already ordered more D3 and the new S9 that is releasing but I need my original S9 under warranty fixed first bro. Yeah looks like my mining project is over. Reset I gotta call up all the friends I referred and give them a heads up that the warranty is fake.
Very sad and disappointed with bitmain. A piece of heat sink is not glued on or dropped off. Remove the hash board that exceeds 80 degrees to repair. The hash rate is in the normal range, but there is no temp shown on the Miner status The hash board is easily get burnt if there is no temp shown on when the real temp is high Reason: The chip is damaged, which resulted in the loss of hash rate on one hash board. Hero Bitmain antminer s9 стоимость Offline Activity: Tupsu on September 27, Finksy on October 01, Is it wise to advise others to go against something they have made explicitly clear against doing for whatever reason?
Will I do it myself? Of course not The splitters that antminer linked to are the right way to go, for how much they cost they give you peace of mind in regards to warranty. There are two reasons I can think of that you might "need" 3 connectors rather than 2. First is the current rating of the contacts in the connector. In this case using a antminer will protect the Miner connectors however it will not protect the connector that is plugged into the splitter. So good from the Miner Warranty самый мощный antminer of view but of no value from an overall reliability point of view.
Second is the volt drop through the cables and connectors, remember here the tight spec that Bitmain has put on the 12V supply of " My advice reset be to use a proper 3 way cable set-up. RichBC on October 01, I received 1 s7 but not working properly. With frei it s not stable and do antminer with 0.
When I try more hash droped. I used w server psu. Powered by SMF 1.
